Stocktake! Sunday 29th June
From Cassie
At the close of all years we take a moment to take stock - especially at the end of financial year! Thoughtful Foods is running a stocktake on Sunday 28 June and we need volunteers.  Suzie and Monika will need at least four vollunteers to put in three hours each (two at a time in the morning and afternoon) to make this happen.  If you're interested in helping out - don't forget this will count to your volunteer hours! - please contact either Suzie (suzie.hunter@gmail.com) or Monika (willhof@yahoo.com) and let them know!

From Cassie
End of year might be stock-taking time, but end of semester is PARTY TIME! The social event of the semester is a potluck on Thursday 25 June, starting from 5:00pm and going till laaaaaate.  Rock up to the Activists Space in the Arc Building with your favourite meal, and get ready to celebrate the end of exams and a whole month of freedom.
Boxes
From Andrew
Thank you to everyone who has been leaving their boxes behind on Thursdays.  It's been a big help but we are still finding ourselves in need of boxes (Especially $30, $40 and $50 sized ones) on Thursday mornings.  Please remember to bring along bags to take your fruit and vegetables home in or return boxes the next week if you had to temporarily adopt them.
Cookbook
From Cassie
When you're cooking up a storm for the potluck, consider putting pen to paper and writing up you awesome recipe! The cookbook is still taking submissions, and we'd love to include your favourite dish! You can email your recipe into cookbook@thoughtfulfoods.org.au or drop it off at the shop.
If you would like to get involved in the cookbook in other ways, please contact us at publishing@thoughtfulfoods.org.au!
Roster & Helping Out
From Andrew
We had a fairly good turnout of volunteers last Thursday morning, despite the (very!) cold weather.  Thanks a lot guys!  I'd just like to give a friendly reminder that volunteering is quite fun on Thursday and, if you are available, if you'd like to drop by and give us a hand for an hour or two please put your name down on the roster.  Look forward to seeing you there!
