Ingredients
1 pineapple cut into small chunks
1 1/2 tablespoon oil
1/2 lb cooked lentils
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
pinch of cayenne
2 tomatoes
Vinaigrette sauce
2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
6 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon vegan worchestershire sauce
1 teaspoon french mustard
1 clove garlic
3 tablespoon dry white wine
Salt
Freshly ground pepper
Method
1. Heat oil, add spices. After a few minutes, add the lentils, mix well. Cool.
2. Cut tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
3. Mix everything together and add the vinaigrette.
